The medical name for Black Lung disease is…
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanosconiosis
Sucks to be a doctor who has to write prescriptions for that. Try to even say it ten times fast. I guess it sucks for the patient too.

That has been shortened to “pneumoconiosis” which is kind of an umbrella category for diseases that involve inhalation of asbestos particles, soot, sand (silicosis) and other small particles. Think of mesothelioma, a type of peripheral lung/diaphragm tumor caused by the inhalation of asbestos particles.
